This is what a “billion” dollar stadium looks like. Known for their futurist apporach, Zaha Hadid Architects comes up with an interesting design for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics that should be completed in 2019. After the design was released it caused plenty of controversy, and is currently being scaled down.
