“WE ARE SUPER EXCITED TO HAVE SHARMON JARMON AS A PARTICIPANT 9:30 PM – 10:30 PM ON JULY 17TH”
A woman of all things creative, Sharmon is not attached to titles. Curator, personality and singer/songwriter, Sharmon is a woman with many hats. After working in the radio industry for the past 10 years as a producer for Crawford Broadcasting (Power92, 1063 Chicago) she began to feel something was missing in media. Always having a heart for indie artist, Sharmon began Strawberry Red Entertainment as an outlet to provide events that allow other creatives to teach, learn and express themselves through art, visual, music, and visual media. Outside of curating, Sharmon teaches Chicago’s youth radio broadcasting through the True Star Foundation.
Glappitnova unites different types of people and perspectives into a space sharing what matters most. In return, we all grow getting exposed to new things, insights, and much more. The Chicago space is a swanky massive warehouse off an alley with multiple rooms of activity. There is a mixture of storytelling, performances, panels, art exhibitions and good people. Each day has different programming and we recommend you get an accessible VIP ticket for hidden surprises and new year-long program launches. Tickets will not be sold at the door and this is a private 21 an older event.
