Marcela Jongezoon is Chef- Owner of La Esquina, Mercadito del Barrio in Zone 4, Guatemala. She began her career at Cordon Bleu Paris and has worked at Le Grand Véfour (3 Star Michelin restaurant), Eleven Madison Park and Casa Palopo Guatemala.
La Esquina works as a team to bring local and sustainable products by farmers and providers that they trust. They support our community and create significant relationships with the people who surrounds them. They exist to create experiences where passion and purpose become one. They want to create impact.
